Racing exists because the short people needed something to do

I concede basketball is better—it’s better than football, in fact *also braces himself*, but I find it strange that car racing doesn’t get as deep an analysis. Corner entry and exit, overtaking speed, braking points in particular corners, steering, fuel flow and pace, heck, even the rate at which stressed members decay as well as gear shifts in corners and straights. Lots of stats and lots more modifiers.

because starring at all those number isn’t as appealing to people

If this isn’t enough statistical analysis. I don’t know what to tell you.

They have like 5 trillion games a year and more famous people.
IMO, Ricky and Jordan Taylor > every ball sports athlete.

Because that all sounds even more boring than hockey and baseball’s advanced metrics do. Stupid WAR

All of that is logged and analyzed in F1. probably LMP1 as well. Most people employed by F1 teams never leave England because they are pouring over race data.
